Much of my work comes from an awareness of my immediate environment i.e. The Studio, The House, The Suburbs, The City and Industrial Sites. I am also interested in the process of thinking about and the making of the art object with a twist of Humour and some Mystery.
Studies at Preston Institute of Technology and Monash University awarded MA Visual Arts.
Founded Artists Space Gallery in 1979 Melbourne.
Exhibited work of International and local artists such as Robert Mapplethorpe, Bettina Rheims, Richard Otremba and Philip Guston.
Held his first one man exhibition at Pinacotheca Gallery Melbourne in 1971.
He has exhibited regularly in Melbourne and internationally over a 40 year period, His most recent shows have been at Place Gallery Melbourne.
